It is a building with a traditional structure of the flats of the Eixample of Barcelona with two inner courtyards shared with the neighbor buildings and a central courtyard next to the vertical communication staircase and the elevator. The main spaces are located on both façades, and the service rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms in the central section of the floor linked to the side courtyards.

The hierarchy of spaces is also shaped in the ornamentation of the ceilings, which have moldings of different compositions. As for the pavement, made of small-format stoneware pieces with also classic patterns from the period which are in very good condition. These elements are preserved and restored due to their historical-artistic value.

The aim of the project is to carry out a general renovation of the appartment by equipping it with dressing rooms linked to the new rooms. It also generates a large open space for living-dining and relocates the kitchen opened to the main circulation space. The bathrooms and facilities are also completely renovated.
